Join us for an informational Lunch and Learn event focused on an introduction to patents, trademarks and copyrights with Special Guest Speaker Janeen Vilven-Dogget from Peacock Law.

Janeen Vilven-Doggett, Ph.D., is a partner of Peacock Law P.C. specializing in patent prosecution in biotechnology, computer science, chemical and pharmaceutical sciences, genetics, medical devices, nanotechnology, and optics, and a member of the litigation team. She also handles patent, trademark and intellectual property, FDA counseling regarding medical devices, pharmaceutical applications, and product labeling requirements. She earned a J.D. cum laude from the University of New Mexico, a bachelor’s degree in biology from Baylor University, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. She is licensed to practice in New Mexico, the United States District Court of the District of New Mexico, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a Registered Patent Attorney.
