Do you have questions about how early-stage investing works and how it can benefit your portfolio? The New Mexico Angels have developed a new investor program that will answer all your questions and give you the opportunity to join the organization with immediate investment opportunities. Here’s how it works…

The Details

The membership fee will be $200 per person. Over the course of 4 months, participants will have access to a series of seminars specifically focused on Angel investing:

• 12/19/19: What is and Angel Investor
• 01/16/20: Term Sheets & Valuation
• 02/20/20: Intellectual Property

Members of the New Investor Program will also have access to all New Mexico Angel events including the Lunch & Learn Series, Angel Boot Camp Seminars, Equity 101, Equity 202 and a VIP guest invitation to attend the New Mexico Angels  Dinner in February of 2020.

At the end of the program, interested members will be invited to invest $10,000 in a sidecar fund that will create a diversified portfolio for early Angel investors.
