New Mexico Rainforest University Center Fall Seminar Series

UNM Rainforest Innovations and the Innovation Academy are hosting their fall 2021 University Center Seminar series. The New Mexico Rainforest University Center provides entrepreneurial training and technical assistance at the University of New Mexico main and branch campuses. The seminars are free and open to the UNM community and the public via in person or web access, but registration is required. A certificate program in entrepreneurial capabilities is available to UNM students and community members thru UNM’s Innovation Academy. About Julianna Martinez-Barbee:

As a center director for New Mexico Small Business Development Center Network, Julianna is helping businesses stay in business, create jobs and grow their business. Julianna has presented marketing and media training at national conferences across the United States. She is on the National America’s SBDC Marketing Committee and participates on several local, state and national boards, councils and committees. Working for SBDC is her third career.

Prior to moving back to New Mexico from Phoeniz, Arizona and Denver, Colorado Julianna had a 20-year career in Broadcast Television and Marketing. Julianna and her husband started their careers in Broadcast Television as anchors and reporters; Julianna also produced TV commercials and worked with national advertising agencies. Together with her husband they also own their own Training Business.

Julianna also has experience producing YouTube Videos, Marketing Jingles, Website Design and Photography. She is currently helping businesses to reimaging their business and find opportunity to offer new services, find new market, create local partnerships and use video marketing.

Julianna loves spending time with her family and furry faily and enjoys bicycling and the outdoors.
