NM Rainforest Webinar – Values-Based Entrepreneurship

September 21 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Learn how you can you build a business that stays true to your values, without getting lost in the pursuit of success, scale or growth.

About this event

How can you build a business that stays true to your values, without getting lost in the pursuit of success, scale or growth?

This is an essential question for anyone creating a new business in our culture today.

As an entrepreneur, what you create matters, and so too does why and how you build a company, each step of the way. Many traditional business frameworks focus on innovation and profit as the only guide posts — but what if there are additional markers that can help you grow with integrity?

In this workshop, we’ll explore new paradigms for business that go beyond profit and innovation alone. This session can help entrepreneurs of any stage clarify a wider perspective on thoughtfully growing a business, covering themes like how to: lead mindfully, center relationships, understand your role within an ecosystem, develop an intentional culture, and root into your purpose.

Along the way, participants will have an opportunity to identify their own values-based guideposts, what it means to practice them, and learn from the experience of their fellow entrepreneurs. By the end of the session, attendees will have a new lens on growing a sustainable business with integrity and values in practice.
