New Mexico Rainforest University Center Seminar Series
UNM Rainforest Innovations and the Innovation Academy are hosting their summer 2023 University Center Seminar series. The New Mexico Rainforest University Center provides entrepreneurial training and technical assistance at the University of New Mexico main and branch campuses. The webinars are free and open to the UNM community and the public via web access, but registration is required. A certificate program in entrepreneurial capabilities is available to UNM students and community members thru UNM’s Innovation Academy. About this Event:
Passionate entrepreneurs spend so much time working on their business ventures, but can often feel nervous and tongue-tied when asked to pitch to investors or speak about their businesses in public forums. Join High Performance Coach Ingela Onstad to learn skills to manage anxiety, present clear content, and to use our voices and bodies confidently in high pressure situations.
About Ingela Onstad:
Ingela Onstad is a High Performance Coach for attorneys, performing artists, executives, and other professionals who are in the public eye.
Her coaching business, Courageous Artistry, supports high performing individuals in their quest to perform at the top of their abilities when in front of the public by working on skills to target voice, body, anxiety-management, and mindset.
Ms. Onstad is a board-certified coach, a licensed psychotherapist, and a professional opera singer who has enjoyed a varied international career in opera, concert work, and contemporary music. She utilizes tools from psychotherapy and the entertainment industry to help clients shine in front of crowds. Recent speaking opportunities include the Duke University Voice Care Center, the Washington D.C. Bar Association Small Firms Division, and the New Mexico Law Offices of the Public Defender.

About the New Mexico Rainforest University Center
The University Center program is funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration to provide entrepreneurial training and technical assistance to individuals or small businesses who are looking to start or grow their idea. The platform for the training will be e-commerce, designed to assist any business with its digital presence. The New Mexico Rainforest University Center provides entrepreneurial training and technical assistance at the University of New Mexico main and branch campuses.
